Modern Indian: Our acclaimed green smoked “dum” style biryani, featuring a medley of ingredients such as broccoli, green beans, Brussels sprouts, peas, and king asparagus—each seasoned, seared, flambéed, and baked to perfection within our distinctive green marinade. 2. French Fusion: o Stuffed and baked zucchinis. o Flambéed porcini mushrooms, paired with homemade fried rice, topped with crunchy seared mushrooms and finished with crispy enoki. 3. Modern Signature: Our innovative NO Buns Burger, featuring a moist zucchini and portobello dust patty, with moong bean, sushi vinegar mayo, and seared portobello mushroom buns. 4.
