Curation for each dinner varies, typically reflecting the nature of the dining occasion, ranging from casual family gatherings to themed parties featuring exquisite bites, sizzling cuts, and elevated flavours. Current offerings may even include intricate sauce pairings and presentations employing molecular gastronomy techniques, with a unique selection of 100% halal cuisine available for our Muslim guests.
While authenticity is a key focus, Chefd Club takes great pride in having invented several dishes that are not available commercially. Expectations at the dinner table are always high.

Non-vegetarian cuisine offers a rich palette of flavors, with sauces and marinades being our signature. Some of our guests’ favourites include:
1. Modern Indian: Dry Roast fish wrapped in banana leaf, marinated with our own spicy, smoked, grated coconut and pine nut blend.
2. French Fusion: Minced meat patty topped with a sweet Champagne Cognac and pink peppercorn cream, oven-grilled to perfection. Optional- Demi-glace
3. French Fusion: Chicken Ballotine with porcini glaze in butter, complemented by burnt mushroom fried rice. Bone marrow butter on the side.
4. Molecular Gastronomy: Lobster espuma or seafood hollandaise espuma; seared seabass in raw turmeric emulsion paired with fragrant saffron pilaf.

Our standard menu includes a minimum of four courses: 1 A hearty appetizer, 2 An entrée, usually focusing on pure protein. 3 A main course served with rice and vegetables. 4 A dessert to finish A five-course meal typically includes an additional entrée or appetizer. .

Originality. Our dishes are crafted with inventive flair, drawing on visual inspiration to create something truly unique. We take pride in offering options that stand apart, with no one else’s influence overshadowing our creative vision.

Non-vegetarian 4-course meals start from SGD 80++ per person.
