Every aspect of the dish was cooked to perfection. The various meat we had was perfectly cooked hence the juiciness and flavours were retained. We cleaned off each plate to the last morsel and drop. The quantity that was provided was more than sufficient for one person and we could eat to our heart's content. There was no particular pièce de résistance as everything shone brightly in its own right. Dessert was in a league of its own. I didn't want it to lose its magic by lumping it with the savoury dishes. The dessert was unbelievably light, refreshing and a perfect end to the night. Its decadence didn't stop us from requesting for seconds shamelessly, which Chef Ashish kindly obliged. The meal itself aside, Chef Ashish created a wonderful ambiance within his lovely home allowing us to feel very comfortable. "We had a lunch gathering of 5pax on the 14 March 2020. The menu was planned and customised by Chef Ash. Personally I love the starters best, broccoli and nuts on seafood sauce, portobello mushroom purée on spicy buttered shrimp and mini aubergine and red pepper tapenade. The dishes prepared were really good and tasty. The Chef was accommodating to our needs as we were unable to drink alcohol, he helped to customise a very refreshing mocktail drink for us. I would highly recommend Chef’d club for the food and services he provides. It had been a great dining experience for us."

"It was certainly a good night with great food whipped up by chef Ash for my wife and I. We throughly enjoyed the 1st dish where the soup really excited our taste buds as it was not something which we were expecting nor tasted before. We finished evey last drop of it. The steak though was a little disappointing and I understand that this was not his speciality and this is mainly due to the cut of the steak which was chewy and had alot of veins which made cutting through it difficult. Also the ice cream was soo good that we requested for a 2nd helping which he obliged! The ambience of the place was really nice as we dined under the stars accompanied by the relaxing sound water in the background. This was a unique experience and we will be looking forward to dine again with friends to try some of his new creations."

My favorite dish of the evening was the 'Shrimp & Roasted Coconut Smoked Claypot Biryani'. It exuded a fragrant aroma, inviting you to dive right in. The masala (spice marinade), cooked in a claypot and the roasted coconut lent a perfect combination of earthy and woody flavors to the biryani. While the spices packed quite a punch, the inconspicuous raw mango balanced the fieriness. The palate was in for a pleasant surprise alternating between the crunchiness of the almonds and tenderness of the shrimps. In short, this biryani hits all the right spots."

"Had a delightful Tasting session.The course started with a semi spicy grilled watermelon followed by steamed chicken wrapped in spinach with a really flavourful ,creamy spinach butter sauce and burnt radish. Next ,was the nicely spiced Malwani crabmeat( we all went for seconds:)) followed by minced meat patty with a smooth ,rich Indian Demi glacé (These 2 dishes were my personal favourite).The shrimp and coconut roasted claypot Biryani was delicious and had a very generous portion of the shrimps .It is an intensely flavoursome dish with perfect blend of spices coating the shrimp and fluffy Basmati rice paired with a slight crunchiness of the chopped almonds and freshness of the cilantro. A special mention for Chef Ash who is very welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable.Thank You for an awesome evening."
"I ordered mutton briyani and a tandoori chicken set. Love the special taste of the briyani, the basmati rice was cooked to perfection with special ingredient added to give it its unique flavour. The tandoori were full of flavour and meat were so tender. Will be going to the restaurant when the 'Circuit breaker' been lifted."
"Superb Biryani. I had the fish and prawn biryani. Amazing tantalizing flavors in your mouth with generous portion of ingredients. With only healthier and better seasonings like olive oil being used, it doesn’t give that heavy feeling that normal biryani has. One of the best that I have ever tasted."
"I had the seafood(prawns and fish) Briyani from Chef'd. It was prepared in 2 layers, and the taste was gorgeous from top to bottom. Seafood were fresh, fragrant spiced, natural colors pleasing to the eyes, and the Basmati were pillowy soft and aromatic. The salad was a winner..well balanced sweet and tart. The pomegranates were brilliant and reminded me of our trip to Turkey. My helper had the mutton..she said "sangat lezat"??”. . Good job Chef'd, you have new fans. Highly recommended."

"Birthday celebrations for my one and only I went with a champagne theme and why not Birthday bakes by yours truly but the icing on the cake was the scrumptious spread by @chefdclub Every dish was curated keeping in mind the birthday boy. The red bell pepper foam, tandoori chicken croquettes, black cod in spinach purée and the mutton masala in green mango and saffron pilaf were delicious to say the least. The pièce de résistance was the mango panacotta with mango coulis, white chocolate and pistachio crumble along with mango flambé in dark rum. Not a dessert person, but this was spectacular"
